Facility Rentals

Bring your group to Camp Wright!

 

Camp Wright's location on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, a short drive from Washington and Baltimore, provides a beautiful and convenient setting for group retreats and meetings. During the spring and autumn months when camp is not in session, our facilities are available for rental, and include various options for lodging, meals, activities, and use of our buildings and outdoor facilities. We will be happy to work with your group to provide an experienced tailored to your specific needs.

To request a rental application or inquire about availability, please contact Jan Emory in our office at jan@campwright.com. We apologize that we cannot accommodate groups of fewer than 20.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Our campus includes 18 three-season cabins with 10 to 12 beds apiece. Camp Wright does not provide linens or blankets. Cabins are rustic, with no electricity. Bathhouse facilities are included and are located in a separate building. Shower supplies and toiletries are not provided. In addition, we have a small number of staff cottages that include electricity and may be available upon request.

Groups may also opt for tent camping. Camp Wright does not provide tents or sleeping bags.

DINING

Our kitchen staff is available to cater to your group each day of your visit. We offer a variety of freshly prepared foods, including produce from local farms, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also provide snack and beverage services throughout the day. Our dining pavilion, Brookings Hall hall seats 120, and provides centrally located meeting area for your entire group.

  • Lifeguards

  • Archery instruction

  • Program design is available for an additional fee
