How to Register
Please click the links below to register. We have a new camp registration system this year so new and returning campers will need to create an account by starting with the Camper Application link. Once you have started the Camper Application, you can log back in through the CampMinder Login link.
A space will only be held once the application and deposit payment have been received. You can pay online through our registration system or send a check to our office at:
400 Camp Wright Lane
Stevensville, MD 21666
After registering online you will receive a confirmation email from the Registrar.
You will need to log in to your account to fill out the Health History Form 1 and the Release Form.
You will need to DOWNLOAD Health History Form 2 and have it signed by your child’s physician. A physical must be completed from the last day of your child’s camp session to comply with Maryland State Law.
If YOUR CHILD WILL TAKE MEDICATION WHILE AT CAMP WRIGHT YOU MUST HAVE A DOCTOR’S ORDER WRITTEN AND ATTACHED TO THE HEALTH FORM IN ORDER FOR OUR WELLNESS CENTER STAFF TO ADMINISTER THE MEDICATION.
You can scan and upload a copy of Health History Form 2 along with a copy of your Insurance Card directly to your account or you can fax them to our office at 410-643-8421.
You can log in to your account using this link.
All forms and full payment are required 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the start of your camper’s session. Forms and payments received after this deadline are subject to a $25 late fee per form.
Health Forms cannot be accepted on opening day.
Making new friends is a central part of the Camp Wright experience. To encourage new friendships, we avoid bunking large groups of friends together. When assigning cabins, we can consider one mutual bunkmate request per camper. Both campers must request each other via our Bunkmate Request form. Cabins are assigned according to age and gender, and bunkmate requests are not guaranteed.
The Bunkmate Request form is available through the online registration process.
Refunds and Cancellations
Registration fees are applied to the session fee total. Deposits are nonrefundable after 45 days prior to the start of the session and no refunds will be given after May 31st. Refunds will be issued when the session is full at the time of registration, or in the event of a session cancellation. Session fee refunds or adjustments are granted at the sole discretion of Camp Wright.
