Register online for all day and resident camp sessions

We anticipate Covid-19 being a factor in Summer 2021. This means that summer at Camp Wright will look a little different. Our goal is to maintain the health and safety of all of our participants. Here are some things you can expect from us:

  • We have reduced our session capacity to allow for appropriate social distancing.

  • All session fees will be 100% refundable. If a camper is exposed to Covid prior to a camp session, they can be withdrawn from a session without financial penalty.

  • We continue to stay informed with local health authorities, the State of Maryland, the American Camp Association, Episcopal Camps and Conference Centers and other experts in the industry to make decisions about health and safety at Camp Wright.

  • At this point in time (1/7/2021) we are unable to accept registrations from out of state families per the Governor's restrictions.

  • All registration paperwork, release forms and payment must be received by June 1. This is a change from previous seasons and will help make our check in process more efficient.

  • Veteran campers who would have been having their senior summer and senior ceremony in 2020 are invited to register for Session 1, Session 2, and Senior Camp, these sessions will be open for campers who are 15 and will include our traditional candlelight ceremony.

  •  Camp Wright will provide additional information about our Covid protocols, new procedures, and other information as summer approaches.

Stay connected with us for the most up to date information about Camp Wright's Summer 2021 season, including  registration opening soon, virtual open houses and information sessions and more! Thank you for choosing Camp Wright! We'll see you this summer!

Tiered Pricing

Recognizing that different families have different abilities to pay, Camp Wright offers voluntary three-tier pricing for our all of our camp programs. During registration, parents and guardians choose the tier that is most suitable for their budget and family. No matter your choice in tier, your camper will receive the same camp experience. This Tier Program offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in choosing the cost of their child’s camp experience.

The Camp Scholarship Fund will remain available to all campers who need additional assistance beyond Tier I to pay for camp. Here is what the three tiers represent:

Tier III: This is the same rate that Camp Wright has historically charged but does not reflect the true cost of camp. This reduced rate is made possible by contributions from individuals, churches, and other organizations.

Tier II: This rate reflects the cost of summer staff, utilities, and other operational costs. This tier is partially subsidized but offers families the opportunity to give a little more.

Tier I: This rate accounts most closely to the actual cost of camp. It includes the day to day costs of Tier II plus maintenance, insurance, marketing, office expenses, and other administrative costs. Families that choose this rate are choosing to partner with Camp Wright to provide much needed upgrades and grow for the future.
