Questions? Don't hesitate to ask!
Most camper forms, information, immunization history and bunkmate information can be managed in CampMinder.
The physicians form must be downloaded and have the information completed by your health care provider. Feel free to bring this form with you to your child's regularly scheduled Well Child visit. Information must be updated within 12 months of camp attendance. If your child will take prescription or nonprescription medication while at Camp Wright, you must provide a doctor's order and bring the medication to camp in the original container. The medication order can be found on CampMinder or you can download a copy here.
All forms may be uploaded to CampMinder, mailed, emailed or faxed (410-643-8421). All forms are due by June 1. Late forms will be subject to a $25 late fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.
For more information, view the Parent Information page.
Tiered Pricing
Recognizing that different families have different abilities to pay, Camp Wright offers voluntary three-tier pricing for our all of our camp programs. During registration, parents and guardians choose the tier that is most suitable for their budget and family. No matter your choice in tier, your camper will receive the same camp experience. This Tier Program offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in choosing the cost of their child’s camp experience.
Here is what the three tiers represent:
Tier III: This is the same rate that Camp Wright has historically charged but does not reflect the true cost of camp. This reduced rate is made possible by contributions from individuals, churches, and other organizations.
Tier II: This rate reflects the cost of summer staff, utilities, and other operational costs. This tier is partially subsidized but offers families the opportunity to give a little more.
Tier I: This rate accounts most closely to the actual cost of camp. It includes the day to day costs of Tier II plus maintenance, insurance, office expenses, and other administrative costs. Families that choose this rate are choosing to partner with Camp Wright to provide much needed upgrades and grow for the future.
Scholarships are available to any campers who need additional assistance beyond Tier III to pay for camp. The scholarship application is included as a part of the online registration process.
